| The Alaska Cruise Season is very short. Only 3 months. Because of this the availability tends to sell out more quickly than other Cruise Destinations. If you are planning to make an Alaska Cruise your vacation next year it is a good idea to start looking at your options while the availibility is still good. |

| When Cruising Alaska there are several itineraries to choose from. You could choose from a Northbound Cruise (typically Vancouver to Anchorage) or a Southbound Cruise (typically Anchorage to Vancouver) or a Roundtrip Itinerary (typcally departing and returning to Vancouver). Because of this you will want to be on the correct side of the ship to be able to see all the magnificant scenerary. On a Northbound Cruise you will want to be on the Starboard (Right) side nnd on a Northbound Cruise you will want to be on the Port (left) side. If this is important to you, then it narrows the availabilty down even more. |
